The Center for Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind (C.E.R.B) is a Legal Entity of Public Law, supervised by the Ministry of Public Health and Social Solidarity (Welfare).
The Board of Directors consists of seven members, and is appointed by the Ministry of Health (Announced in the Government's Newspaper issue 236/20.10.1998 Law No 2646/98 article 26).
The members are:
- Director and President of the Board Dr. Theodosis Koulas.
- Representative of the Ministry of Health and Social Solidarity - Marouso Manola.
- Representative of the Ministry of National Education and Religious Affairs Director of Special Education - Panagiotis Sotiropoulos
- Representative of the Panhellenic Association of the Blind - Ilias Mariolas President of Panhellenic Association of the Blind.
- Pausanias Papanicolaou - Economist, and Director of Finance for the Greek Football Federation.
- Dr. Aspasia Tiligadi-Ophthalmologist /Eye surgeon
- Maro Gozadinou-Representative of the employees union of C.E.R.B.
